Everyone’s favorite pirate reality show is moving to a new night and time. Our mateys from Reality TV World give us this:

CBS has announced that Pirate Master will move from its current Thursdays at 8PM ET/PT time period to Tuesdays at 10PM ET/PT beginning July 10. Pirate Master will be moving to make room for the eighth season of Big Brother . However Pirate Master’s sixth episode on Thursday, July 5 at 9PM ET/PT will air immediately after Big Brother 8’s premiere.

Nobody can be too surprised at this news but to be honest it doesn’t concern me. Summer shows, especially reality shows, get switched around all the time. Pushing it two hours later could hurt but putting it after the Big Brother premiere shows that CBS has confidence in the show and is willing to give it a chance. This could have been the plan the whole time too.
