Here’s a dilemma… how does one write an article about the ending(s) of the last episode of the 3rd series of Doctor Who, if you don’t want to be spoiled? Happily Our Copy Editor Rodney sent me a link! And after linking over to it I promptly covered my eyes to save the surprise!
Apparently the cast and crew shot 3 different endings for this series final episode entitled “The Last Of The Timelords” which airs this Saturday night in the UK.
There’s a link for the story here but I couldn’t bring myself to read anything beyond the intial paragraph that warns you of big spoilers. I myself will wait and watch the other alternate endings on DVD.
I hate spoiling shows for myself, but if you wanna know what happens, or could have happened, click the link. Just don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Being in the US, it has been difficult enough staying away from spoilers since series 3 doesn’t start here for another 2 weeks……now this temptation to deal with.
I have to at least ask, has this season been as good as the last two? How does the new companion compare to Rose?
Hey Larry,
Martha has had some big shoes to fill with Rose stepping away, and their relationship is totally different, actually they discuss it in the AU article posted in the story above this, so I won’t rehash it for you. The series itself has, in my opinion, been just as good as the past two, and it seems very close to hitting it’s stride. There is the occasional lagging moment or less than stellar ep, but overall, I’m loving it. Blink alone is worth watching the series, though I love The Shakespeare Code, Human Nature, and I’m sure The Last Of The Time Lords will be added to that list as well.
I hope you enjoy it. You’ll have to let me know.

Thanks…I can’t wait. It is frustrating hearing so much but not being able to see it. I’m glad to hear Martha is a good fit…it’s difficult to get over Rose.
Only 2 weeks from tomarrow!
