It looks like my favorite Doctor’s schedule is filling up quickly next year, not only is he shooting his third series of Doctor Who (at least that’s what it says in the article!) he’s being approached to play Hamlet next summer with the Royal Shakespeare Company.

For starters, Tennant has spoken in the past of his desire to play Hamlet.

Plus he has worked with Boyd before (he cast Tennant as Romeo in Romeo And Juliet six years ago). And he evidently enjoys being part of the RSC, having acted in six plays for them.

This would be cool, I do like seeing my fave actors do other things, but I also hope it doesn’t interfere with his time-traveling too much.
