With the 3rd series of Doctor Who underway, Gridlocked airs Monday night on the CBC, Canadian Who interest is climbing, and The Toronto Star used the opportunity to grab a brief interview with the Doctor’s latest companion.
There is not one day he does not walk on that set absolutely beaming … whether they are stringing him up, or blowing him up, or whatever. I mean, complete glee … It’s infectious, really.
I love how she talks about Tennant’s enthusiasm, because it translates so well to the screen.
You don’t have to worry about spoilers the article completely focuses on Freema and her experiences as the newest companion, and though I adored Rose, and loved the chemistry between Piper and Tennant, I like Freema’s Martha Jones very much, and think she and the Doctor are a good match.
How about you folk?
