Bilson will play a romantic option for Chuck (Zachary Levi) in a multi-episode arc scheduled to air in late October, according to USA Today

This will put Bilson together with O.C. producer and writer Josh Schwartz, who is also writing and producing Chuck.

I didn’t watch The O.C., and while Rachel Bilson might not be a big name star, it seems like good news that guest stars are already being announced.
