Give your postage powers

Want to pay $100 to send out 20 letters to fellow Heroes fanatics? Now you can at the NBC Store:
Each set contains one Claire, Hiro, Nathan, Peter, and Helix sheet. Each sheet is official U.S. Postage, containing 20 stamps, packaged in an “ultra clear” sealed sleeve with a backboard, making them a great gift and perfect for collectors.
At $99.95 for what amounts to $41 in postage, that’s only double the normal price! If you decide you’d prefer an entire sheet of one design, you’ll only have to pay $21.95 for $8.20 worth of real stamp value.
When I first saw that there was Heroes postage, I was ecstatic. I love my Star Wars and comic book stamps. I sent graduation announcements with Looney Toons stamps back in the day. But I can’t imagine paying that much for some PhotoStamps. Sure, they’re official US Postage, but it’s not quite the same bragging rights as actually being put on a stamp.
I suppose if we were making Heroes stamps, we’d have to decide if they’d use Bearded or Non-Bearded Nathan. It would be fat or skinny Elvis all over again.
