Sossamon on Moonlight
Well, this isn’t exactly new news, because it was published on Dec. 28, 2007, but here it goes. Shannyn Sossamon did an interview with Sci-Fi Wirewhere she discussed what she wants to see happen with Moonlight when the WGA strike ends.
“‘I think there are too many procedural elements in the show,” Sossamon told SCI FI Wire in an interview with SCI FI Wire. “I don’t think any of the audience members are sitting at home going, ‘Gosh, I wonder what case Mick St. John’s going to have this week? I’m so curious.’ No, you care about the other stuff.’”
I think that Sossamon is absolutely right about what the show should be doing because the most interesting episodes so far were the ones that dealt in detail with someone going on in the life of one of the characters. I’m looking forward to the last two episodes, although I don’t know when they’ll be airing, and I hope that CBS continues it when the WGA strike is over.
How do the rest of you guys feel about this?
