As we all eagerly await the new season of Doctor Who, BBC is giving UK theater goers a sneak peek. A 90-second trailer is going to be show in front of select movies. Digital Spy has:

The 90-second trailer is part of a deal between the BBC and Carlton Screen Advertising and will exclusively be shown before new films such as Cloverfield and Rambo at Odeon, Cineworld and Empire cinemas.

As a U.S. fan of Doctor Who, I’m going to have to wait a little longer to get my fix. “The Voyage Of The Damned” Christmas special (obtained by other means) was excellent, and only increased my thirst for the new season. With all the rumors of multiple companions and returning characters, this season looks huge.

It was 90 seconds of flash, with a nice silver logo. It made Tate look half decent, while the reappearance of The Teethy One (following a concerned Tate and an angry looking Martha) just made me realise what a waste of a character Rose really is. A chavvy blonde Londoner is just sooooo three years ago. Move on!
