Chloe has a power? They have been teasing with the idea that Chloe has a Meteor Freak power, and with the last episode Chloe's mother can only manipulate the will of Meteor Freaks, and she can control Chloe. Maybe it was just because she is her mother, but maybe it does mean she is infected as well. But what is her power?
On Allisonmack.com a fan run fansite in which Allison Mack herself moderates. The bio section about Allison says:
Now wrapping up her sixth season on The CW's acclaimed drama "Smallville,” Allison Mack stars as Clark Kent's (Tom Welling) best friend, Chloe Sullivan. Mack's role continues to grow throughout the series as her character is the only person in Smallville who knows Clark’s secret, and has discovered that she has a latent a super human power of her own.So from the actress who plays Chloe herself, we have some sort of confirmation that she has a power.
Kinda kills the Chlois theory but I think the fact that there are fans are behind the theory is enough to squash the possibility to begin with.
So what kind of power do you think Chloe has? I think she is going to turn out to have some sort of Comptuer Hacker power. Think about it. Chloe constantly gets into police files, government records, and decrypts hidden files and deciphers passwords on a whim. A little too convenient to just be a plot hook. I don't even know if Chloe knows about it really. If someone asks her "how do you do that?" I would imagine her answer would be, "I just do, Im good at it" not realizing how impossible the things she does online even are.
I think she has been usuing her powers right under our noses for quite some time.
I like the idea of Chloe having a power she has been using right in front of us without letting on at all. After all the whole show deals with Clark using his powers around others and them not catching on the whole time. Someone always happens to be looking the other way, knocked out, or just out of the room when Clark does something outrageous. And everyone says, "what the..." and then dismiss it as irrelevant.
Just like we have with Chloe's Hacker powers.

I dunno, I don't think it'd be something as obvious as computer hacking. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

Chloe appears to have healing tears, except the power seems to drain her own life. She'll die along with Lana at the end of the season.

No, it didn't kill the Chlois Theory, Rodney, not when Lois Lane in the comics and the tv show Lois and Clark developed powers of her own at various stages.
I'm wondering what good is a healer, when there are two Kryptonians around that are supposed to save the day? Having a healer around removes any sense of peril to any other character that finds themselves injured or close to death. Chloe's power also seems to require she give up some of her DNA when she uses it, so it might not be around for much longer. Especially if Dean Cain is on next season in an episode called Cure, and they've got another character with the same powers as Clark, and one more - she's going to be able to fly. How much money are they going to expend on a power that requires special effects as well? Though, mind you, this is a show that might have her use her power once next season, and call it a great character journey of Chloe learning to use her power.
