I have been longing for Robot Chicken's late night raping (or tribute?) to the Almighty Star Wars ever since I first sensed it's forthcoming (a.k.a. read about it on the internet), and guess what my friends! It does not to satisfy!

For a show that was supposedly made in cohorts with George Lucas, it does not hold back on it's punches, which leads me to question how much the Dark Lord of Wooden Dialogue had to do with the show. My quess is that he just slapped the approval on it and phoned in his lines without much of a care. Honestly, I really don't care if this is Lucas endorsed or not! It was the best twenty three and a half minutes of television last night!

I'll try not to spoil anything, but some of the best moments are the quick flips. Wait till you hear the words "that was so wrong!" Trust me, the resulting laughter will seduce you into the dark side!

The only downside was that they reused three skits from previous episodes. They are funny skits, but we've seen them already. But overall, it was a satisfying event, and I quite enjoyed it.

I give the special a 9 out of 10, and if you are a fan of either Robot Chicken or Star Wars, you should definately check this out!

Was this broadcast on Canadian TV?

Hmmmm..not sure fear..if not im sure itll be popping up (or at least just clips of it) on Adult Swim's website.

It was broadcast in Canada. Provided that your local cable provider/satellite provider carries Cartoon Network.

It aired on Sunday, but I didn't get to watch it until yesterday.
