The SciFi channel's official site is hinting that Noel Clarke, the "tin dog" of series 1 & 2 of the new Doctor Who may be returning in the now filming series 4.

Noel when asked if he would be writing for Torchwood Series 2, he penned the first series episode Combat, he had this to say "I'm not doing the second [season] of Torchwood, because I'm doing things that I can't talk about."

Ambiguous to say the least but he also mentions in the article how much people love the characters that left with Rose, her mom, her dad, and of course, Mickey.

Perhaps he's going to be joining the writing staff of Doctor Who instead?

Who knows? I wouldn't mind seeing Mickey come back. At least then we'd find out how Rose and the rest of the family is doing. (Yes I know they're TV characters, but I still wanna know).
