Paul Reubens Guest Stars on Pushing Daisies

Category: Pushing Daisies

Paul Ruebens better known as Pee Wee Herman has been signed on for, what is at the moment, a one time apperance. I found this little tid bit at TV.com

Reubens has reportedly signed on to the new show to play Alfredo Aldarisio, a wandering peddler of natural antidepressants (read: pill-pushing traveling salesman), according to TVGuide.com's Michael Ausiello. The role is described as "potentially recurring." Reps from ABC confirmed the report, and told TV.com that Reubens is signed on for one episode for the time being.
I've always enjoyed Paul Reubens whether he's playing his alter ego Pee Wee Herman or as another character on a TV or movie. I have to agree with the article that Ruebens' a good casting choice for Daisies. I think he'll be a natural fit into the colorful quirky show. Any feelings on this tidbit of news? Are there any Reubens fan out there?

Wasn't there some thing in the past, where this guy was arrested for, lewd acts with kids? During his Pee Wee days.

It wasn't with kids. He was caught wanking it in public. He did community service and it was over.
